Summertime Learning Paths through MI
These Google Slides learning paths cover 14 weeks of challenges through Multiple intelligences prompts. At the end of the experience , the students produce an oral and a written account based on what they have learned and felt. They are assessed considering :
Fluency in oral productions.
Use of language and grammar.
Collaboration in team tasks.
Use of ICT tools .
Metacognitive skills through notes and reflections.
Social media & audience interaction .
Digital Citizenship norms & conventions.
Visual and multimedia support.
Earth Day : Let our Planet Breathe
This interactive image includes different learning stations to get to know about trees, ways to protect them and actions to take in collaboration. The final station is a Google Presentation which summarizes the reflections after a global event. The learning Path is assessed through a survey and a rubric. All through the process students are asked about their suggestions , proposals and feedback to improve the experience.
Using Technology to Teach the SImple Past
By mixing approaches, one can achieve elements of higher engagement by giving learners the opportunity to learn, analyze and create.
This is an example for vocabulary on Toys and the revision of the Simple Past.
Begin by brainstorming what toys and games students played when they were children.
Show slides on Lego and let students work in pairs to do the mini research questions.
Once everyone has found the answers, proceed with giving students time to work through the video at the link below.

Digital poster containing a collection of 6 interactive activities that help EFL students to memorize irregular English verbs. The levels are Elementary (2 activities), Intermediate (2 activities) and Advanced (2 activities). The tone is light as the poster is meant for teenagers but can be used by anybody, from primary school ESL students to adults.
